President Donald Trump signed a national security memorandum on Monday restoring hard-line policies on Cuba and reversing measures from the former Biden administration that had eased pressure on the communist-ruled nation.

The memorandum would enforce the statutory ban on U.S. tourism to Cuba and support the economic embargo of the country, according to a fact sheet issued by the White House.
