John Curtis (R-Utah) and Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) unveiled the Prediction Markets Are Gambling Act, which would prohibit entities registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) from offering prediction contracts that resemble sports bets or casino-style games.
