Courtesy of ACT PolicingA man accused of making pipe bombs has been arrested after almost a dozen explosives were found strewn along footpaths in the nation’s capital.The 41-year-old has been accused of stealing and purchasing items needed to create the bombs from a store in Belconnen, in Canberra’s northwest.
