Top Mountie in BC Charged With Assault While Off-Duty

An RCMP assistant commissioner in British Colombia has been charged with three counts of assault and has been temporarily re-assigned.

The BC Prosecution Service (BCPS) announced the charges against Assistant Commissioner David Teboul on Sept. 19.
