The organization was awarded damages, while former Tourism Minister Caroline Proulx was personally ordered to pay punitive damages, marking a significant shift from the usual strategy of shielding public officials behind institutional liability.Meanwhile, the National Citizens Inquiry held three days of hearings in High River, Alberta, examining the safety and future of Canada’s food and agricultural system. The EMA can no longer rely on commercial-confidentiality claims to conceal the data required for an independent re-evaluation of Comirnaty and Spikevax concerning residual DNA contamination. The Transparency4Safety Initiative (T4SI) is gaining momentum: with two new expert access-to-documents requests now formally submitted to the European Medicines Agency, (EMA) we have taken another decisive step towards full regulatory transparency and an independent call for scientific reassessment of Comirnaty and Spikevax. Both Professor Dr Ulrike Kämmerer and Professor Dr Klaus Steger have filed individual requests with EMA, demanding the unredaction and disclosure of the regulatory data required to assess residual DNA independently. Their requests extend to the analytical procedures, validation reports, raw batch data, specifications, acceptance criteria and regulatory assessments on which EMA’s conclusions depend. Slovenia has ended C-19 genetic jabs recommendation for everyone except the elderly. A good step albeit using the wrong reason, claiming the program was a great success and can be stopped now. Slovenia’s National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) now recommends COVID-19 vaccination only for specific high-risk groups for the 2025/2026 season, not for the general population of most ages. Four million dollars.Sixty-two million for sustaining livelihoods by protecting biodiversity in other countries.Twenty-nine million in funding to support small-scale financial institutions in developing countries. ( that’s more money for bankers.)Canada providing 10 million in funding for Egypt’s agrofood sector (meanwhile what is happening to our own farmers here in Canada?)Protecting broadcasting for change, engaging young women through media. Partner with BBC media action. $1.5 million.Renewable energy in small island developing states. $16 million.That’s about $200 million. There are thousands of liberal contracts worth millions of dollars that don’t impact Canadians and we’re paying for.Here’s another opportunity for big savings: McKinsey company. Two hundred and nine million dollars over the last couple of years. That takes us to over $400 million. Boom. David MorensThe U.S. Department of Justice just announced in a press release that Former Senior NIAID Official Pleads Guilty to Charges Connected to Concealing Federal Records During COVID-19 Pandemic. David M. Morens served as a Senior Advisor to the Director (specifically in NIAID’s Office of the Director) from 2006 through 2022, and was also a long-time senior advisor to former NIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci. The charges pertain to the notorious NIH grant titled “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence” that funded Peter Daszak, Ralph Baric et al. to perform their gain-of-function research on SARS bat coronaviruses with their colleague Shi Zhengli at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. John Leake noted that this is “Like Al Capone going to jail for income tax evasion” ; but let us hope this is the beginning of a snowball that will bring Fauci, Daszak, and Baric to their just end; sparing militia groups from having to intervene. In the summer of 2023, Harvest Ministries International (HMI) organized “Faith, Freedom, Fire,” a Quebec City conference that would bring together people from across Canada for large-scale prayer meetings, musical performances and presentations. Although the event was not about opposition to abortion, then-Tourism Minister Caroline Proulx personally directed staff at the Quebec City Convention Centre to cancel HMI’s rental agreement. Caroline ProulxFormer Premier François Legault publicly backed the cancellation, saying Quebec would not permit “anti-abortion groups to put on big shows in public spaces.” François Legault On July 31, 2026, the Quebec Superior Court found that the government’s actions violated HMI’s Charter-protected freedoms and ordered Ms. Proulx herself to pay $30,000 in punitive damages for her conduct in directing the cancellation. HMI was also awarded $30,636.92 in compensatory damages for losses caused by the cancellation, plus legal costs and interest. Constitutional lawyer Olivier Séguin said, “This judgment confirmed that governments cannot use public facilities to punish organizations because officials disagree with their beliefs. The Court rightly found that the Minister acted without legal authority and violated fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the Charter.” This victory sends an important message to politicians across Canada: governments cannot simply shut down events because they disapprove of the beliefs of the people involved, and public officials can face personal consequences when they abuse their authority.
