Wildfire Evacuation Order Downgraded for Parts of Peachland, BC

Some residents in B.C.’s Okanagan Valley who were ordered out of their homes on Thursday due to a wildfire have been allowed back home.

Central Okanagan Emergency Operations says an evacuation order issued for the Peachland area, near Kelowna, has been downgraded to an alert for some properties.
