The Trump administration is still engaged in negotiations with trading partners despite an appeals court ruling that determined most of the president’s tariffs are illegal, U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said on Aug. 31.

During an interview with Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” program, Greer confirmed that the administration will appeal the ruling, “So this is not over. All the tariffs are still in effect.”
