US Home Delistings Soar 45.5 Percent Year-to-Date Through October

According to Realtor.com’s November monthly housing trends report, delistings in October climbed 45.5 percent year to date and 37.9 percent year over year.Realtor.com reports delistings with a one-month lag to verify whether a home was sold or genuinely taken off the market.
