Danny Lawson/PA WireBritish Energy Secretary Ed Miliband on Jan. 26 signed an agreement with European partners to expand offshore wind development in the North Sea, backing a build-out that could see thousands of turbines installed across the region.The energy secretary signed the “clean energy security pact” with countries including Germany, Norway, France, and Denmark, to build 100 gigawatts worth of offshore wind projects.
