Toronto Police Launch Canada-Wide Manhunt in Homicide Case

A nationwide warrant has been issued by Toronto police for a city resident wanted for first-degree murder in the weekend shooting death of 43-year-old Paulin Harusha.

Toronto police responded to reports of a shooting in the Victoria Park Avenue and Sheppard Avenue E. area of Toronto just before midnight on Sept. 13, according to a Sept. 18 police news release.
