Top US Military Officer Visits Troops in Puerto Rico Amid Tensions With Venezuela

Dan Caine and his senior enlisted adviser, David L. Isom, visited Puerto Rico to “engage with service members and thank them for their outstanding support to regional missions,” his office said in a statement.
