2. Take your attention to the center of the chest.
Feel there a dot of light. It may be small as a star — but very old, very wise.
3. Watch that light grow slowly
She clicks like a code that starts to activate. Are you recalling…
4. Now say it internally or lower voice:

I came to earth with purpose and love.
Active now the memory of my galactic sacred being.
Let my light reveal May my mission flourish ”
5. Feel a network of light forming around you.
