As Starbucks continues to lean in on its “Back to Starbucks” strategic plan, company Chairman and CEO Brian Niccol is mandating all corporate leaders and managers return to the office at least four days a week.

In an online memo released on July 14, Niccol said the Seattle-based coffeehouse giant will shift from a required three days in the office to a minimum of four days at the start of the next fiscal year on Oct. 1.
