The Canadian Press/Jason FransonCanada’s prairie provinces are bracing for a winter storm that is expected to bring blowing snow and limited visibility, including on major highways.Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) said parts of Northern Alberta, including Edmonton, are expected to see up to 30 centimetres of snow on Dec. 17.
