Roni Bintang/Getty ImagesThe outcome of a neck-and-neck Queensland by-election could come down to postal votes.With almost 80 percent of ballots counted in the race for the inner northern Brisbane seat of Stafford late on Saturday evening, Labor was leading the Liberal National Party (LNP) by 768 votes, according to chief ABC analyst Casey Briggs.
