Musk Says H-1B Visas Being Gamed, but Defends System

Gonzalo Fuentes/File PhotoElon Musk has said the H-1B visa system is being “gamed” by “some outsourcing companies,” but defended the system overall, saying the abuse should be clamped down on rather than scrapping the entire program.Around 70 percent of these visas, intended to allow companies in the United States to hire skilled foreign workers, are issued to Indian citizens working in sectors including technology and medicine, with Chinese nationals the second largest group to enter the country this way.
