Chinese company Huawei Technologies will stand trial on multiple charges after a federal judge denied its bid to dismiss a long-running case against it.

On July 2, Judge Ann Donnelly of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York ruled there was sufficient evidence to proceed with a 16-count indictment against Huawei and its subsidiaries.
