Hamas Confirms Death of Gaza Military Leader Mohammed Sinwar

Hamas announced the death of its military chief in the Gaza Strip, Mohammed Sinwar, 49, on Aug. 30, months after Israel’s statement declared him dead in May.

No details of his death were provided by the terrorist group, but pictures of Sinwar were published along with other deceased group leaders. Hamas described them as “martyrs.”
