Enoki Mushrooms Recalled in Alberta and BC Due to Listeria Concerns

Canadian Food Inspection Agency handout photoThe Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has issued a recall for a brand of enoki mushrooms in Alberta and British Columbia.The recall, issued on Nov. 17, is for Baekdu Peak branded enoki mushroom products. The agency says independent testing found the products may have potential listeria contamination.
