Australia Pours $10 Billion Into Drone and Counter-Drone Warfare

Australia will invest $10 billion in drones, counter-drone systems and autonomous technology under Defence’s Integrated Investment Program, Defence Industry Minister Pat Conroy confirmed in Brisbane on Aug. 19.

He said the technology would be ready for deployment by the time the city hosts the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games.
