Lisa Leutner /Reuters/File PhotoThe head of the U.N. nuclear watchdog said on Wednesday that inspectors will eventually return to Iranian nuclear sites, dismissing Tehran’s suggestions to the contrary and describing inspections as a fundamental requirement of the U.S.–Iran preliminary agreement aimed at ending the conflict between the two countries.Speaking to reporters at Japan’s Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant on June 24, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director-General Mariano Grossi said inspections of Iran’s nuclear facilities were inevitable under the memorandum of understanding signed by Washington and Tehran.
