North Korea Tests Cluster-Bomb Missile, Electromagnetic Weapon: State Media

Kim Jong Sik, who oversaw the tests, said the electromagnetic weapon system and carbon-fiber bombs were “special assets” for North Korea’s military, according to the news agency.
