It must be built deliberately and politically,” UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber told energy company executives, financial analysts, and government officials on March 23, the first day of the 44th annual CERAWeek by S&P Global conference at the Americas Hilton–Houston.
