Omid Ghoreishi/The Epoch TimesThe University of Alberta is revising its hiring policies to eliminate requirements for diversity, equity, and inclusivity (DEI), but the changes must be ratified by the school’s board of governors to be officially implemented.The move comes a year after the university’s president announced the post-secondary institution would be distancing itself from DEI, saying the framework to promote inclusivity was actually sowing seeds of division.
