Nearly 40 Percent More Home Sellers Than Buyers in November: Redfin

Brandon Bell/Getty ImagesThe tide could be turning for America’s housing market as Redfin revealed there were 37 percent more home sellers than buyers in November.In its Dec. 23 report, Redfin noted that the November percentage represented the biggest gap on record dating back to 2013, aside from this past summer. By comparison, the gap stood at 35.6 percent in October and 17 percent in November 2024.
