Canadas Beijing Envoy Says Ottawa Working at Rapid Pace to Build China Ties: Report

Carney and Xi had agreed that the Canadian prime minister would visit Beijing at a future date when the two met in South Korea in late October on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum.
