Another Optus Outage Blocks 12 Triple Zero Calls in NSW

Optus has suffered another network failure, this time preventing emergency Triple Zero calls from connecting in a region south of Sydney.

The outage, caused by a mobile tower fault in Dapto, began around 3am on Sunday and lasted until 12.20pm, affecting about 4500 residents.
