LONDON—NATO members agreed in June to hike defense spending to 5 percent of GDP by 2035. That money is starting to come through the system, generating orders for companies that can supply what is needed to defend against threats from Russia, China, Iran, and other hostile actors.
The biennial Defense and Security Equipment International (DSEI) exhibition took place at the massive ExCel center in London’s Docklands from Sept. 9 to Sept. 12, and was noticeably larger than in 2023.
