Judge Rules Vancouver Festival Attack Suspect Adam Kai-Ji Lo Is Fit for Murder Trial

A judge has ruled that the suspect in the Vancouver Lapu Lapu Day festival attack in which 11 people died is mentally fit to stand trial for murder.

Adam Kai-Ji Lo is charged with 11 counts of second-degree murder over the April 26 attack in which an SUV plowed through a crowded street.
