Victorian Government Seeks to Enshrine Right to Work From Home Twice a Week Into Law

Date:

The Victorian Labor government announced it is pushing to make work-from-home rights two days per week, if the role allows, into legislation in what will be a national first.

The move, announced at the state Labor conference, appears to be a pitch to voters ahead of the state election, due in November 2026.
