Canada Border Agency Opens Additional Facility for ‘High-Risk’ Detainees

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) says it has opened a fourth temporary immigration facility for “high-risk detainees” that will hold up to 25 men with criminal convictions.

CBSA said the detainees will be housed at the Correctional Service of Canada’s (CSC) regional reception centre in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines in Quebec.
