A U.S. citizen was beaten to death on July 11 amid a conflict between Israelis and Palestinians in the West Bank, according to a statement shared by his family.
Twenty-year-old Sayafollah Musallet, a U.S. citizen of Palestinian descent whose family lives in Florida, was in the town of Sinjil with his younger brother when a confrontation began on Friday evening.
