3 Arrested for Alleged Trafficking, Sexual Exploitation of Woman in Southern Ontario

Police in Ontario’s Halton region have arrested three people and laid multiple charges against them for allegedly trafficking and forcing a woman into the sex trade throughout the southern part of the province.

Robert Collingwood, 32, and Taylor Bousfield, 28, both of Hamilton, Ont., along with 37-year-old Patrick Benson, whose city of residence is unknown, have been arrested by Halton Regional Police following a human trafficking investigation, according to a Sept. 5 news release.
