You are going through one of the strongest changes our planet is going through

This is a wonderful process because we are flooded with high vibrational energies, but sometimes it can be overwhelming for our bodies.

There may be days when you are completely exhausted, and there will be days when you will have so much energy that it will feel like you could run a marathon.

You have to live moment by moment,

to see how we feel from one moment to the next and to do what our physical body is communicating, because of these
