Warner Bros. Discovery said it is considering an outright sale following interest from multiple potential buyers.

In an Oct. 21 statement, the company said its board of directors has initiated “a review of strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value” as it has received “unsolicited interest from multiple parties for both the entire company and Warner Bros.” The statement didn’t identify the parties interested.
