Wall Street Review: Stocks Show Resilience in a Volatile Week

Investor sentiment swung sharply between optimism and caution, influenced by strong corporate earnings, valuation concerns, and growing uncertainty surrounding the Federal Reserve’s next interest rate move.The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 0.34 percent for the week, closing at 47,147. The S&P 500 finished essentially flat at 6,734, rebounding from the week’s low on Nov. 13.
