Many feel extreme fatigue, often without any obvious reason 
This fatigue is often due to internal tasks performed with the etheric body, helping souls that have incarnated, as well as during catastrophes, etc.
But there is also another type of fatigue that is not a sign of weakness or hidden illness; it is due to the deep gravitational change that literally reduces the density of matter.
Our bodies, which have been calibrated for a ” heavier gravity”, feel this difference as an additional effort to maintain their integrity. Cells, tissues, bones, bodily fluids… everything must be realigned in the face of the decrease in gravity and the absence of the Earth’s magnetism.
The planet is starting to free us… and in this phase of transition, the body produces a great fatigue to compensate, realign and rebuild, and every step requires more energy to not “float”, then the body adapts and finds a new balance.
The subtle bodies expand, which requires colossal energy at the physical level.
Everything that has been buried (ancestral fear, trauma, beliefs about survival) comes to the surface to be transformed.
The ego and personality partially dissolve, creating a new sense of emptiness.
This fatigue is not the enemy.
It is proof that our bodies are in full metamorphosis.
Soon, when adaptation is more advanced, you will feel a new lightness, a more fluid energy, a more stable presence.
What to do about this fatigue?
Rest when necessary. Sleeping, even fragmented, is a portal of transformation.
Abundance of hydration. Solar water is the vehicle for these new frequencies.
Walking barefoot helps to realign anchoring.
Conscious breathing: inhaling light, exhaling density.
Do not waste the precious energy on exhausting workouts, it is not the time for this.
Nourish yourself with what vibrates high: living food, harmonious sounds, nature, silence.
And above all, nourish with truth, do not run away from painful truths.
Knowing evil helps to dissolve it.
