Most US Firms Still Embrace Hybrid Work Week: Report

Despite more U.S. companies issuing return-to-office mandates over the past year, the on-site rate has not increased significantly, and the divide between policy and practice persists even as the job market cools, according to newly released data from the Flex Index.

The report shows that 66 percent of U.S. companies continued to offer location flexibility to employees in the current quarter, while only one-third required staff to work full-time on-site.
