HOW TO VIBRATE HIGHER

Remember that every time you cry, write down what you feel or vent to someone, your energy is purified and your vibration is raised.

Every time you laugh, sing and dance while enjoying life, your energy purifies and your vibration raises.

That whenever you do what you love, exercise and move your body, your energy purifies and raises your vibration.

That every time you ask for forgiveness, forgive and give thanks from your heart, your energy purifies and raises your vibration.

And that whenever you truly respect and love yourself and others, as well as purifying your energy and raising your vibration, you also help our beautiful earth to vibrate at the highest frequency which is LOVE. That’s why, don’t postpone any more, arm yourselves with courage and get to work on yourselves. The most important job of your life is you.
