The incident occurred near the Kudrinskaya Square Building, a Stalin-era skyscraper and prominent tourist attraction in the Russian capital.Russia’s National Anti-Terrorism Committee identified one of the three deceased as a woman who had tried to bring an explosive device into the cafe. Authorities said a guard who stopped the woman was also killed in the blast, along with a cafe customer.“An inspection of the site is currently underway,” the Interior Ministry official said.Emergency responders are continuing to assess people for injuries.This is a developing story and will be updated with additional details.
