Jaguar Land Rover Recalls 170,000 Vehicles Over Loss of Drive Power

Andrew Boyers/ReutersJaguar Land Rover North America, LLC is recalling 170,169 vehicles for potential failure of the DC-DC converter, which could result in loss of drive power and increase the risk of an accident.According a report posted on X on April 23 by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the recall involves a series of Land Rover models including: 2021 to 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Velar and Land Rover Discovery vehicles; 2020 to 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoques; 2019 to 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sports; 2020 to 2024 Land Rover Range Rovers; 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sports; 2020 to 2024 Land Rover Defenders; 2021 to 2024 Jaguar F-Pace vehicles; and 2021 to 2022 Jaguar E-Pace mild-hybrid electric vehicles.
