Courtesy of the AFPA 33-year-old Sydney man has been arrested and charged with defrauding the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) of more than $1.5 million following a multi-agency investigation into organised crime links within the sector.Alan MacDonald was apprehended on April 23 by the Australian Federal Police (AFP) officers at a construction site in the Sydney suburb of Tahmoor.
