Ratcliffe/ File PhotoThe rise of China’s government-subsidized auto industry poses a real economic and national security threat to the United States and its major auto manufacturers, experts told members of a U.S. House committee Thursday.“Chinese vehicles pose the same kind of risks in the physical world that TikTok represents in the digital world,” said Peter Ludwig, cofounder and chief technology officer of tech company Applied Intuition, told the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
