Ford Recalls 108,000 Escapes Due to Faulty Liftgate Hinge Covers

David Zalubowski/AP PhotoFord Motor Company is recalling certain Escape models for potentially defective liftgate hinge covers, affecting more than 108,000 vehicles.According to a Dec. 1 National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recall notice, the affected vehicles include certain 2025 Escape models as well as some from 2020 through 2022.
