Gavriil Grigorov/AFP via Getty ImagesU.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff is scheduled to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Dec. 2, according to the Kremlin.“Yes, the meeting with Witkoff is indeed planned for tomorrow. He himself mentioned this yesterday,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Dec. 1, according to Russian state news agency TASS. “The president will also have several closed-door meetings today in preparation for tomorrow’s Russia–U.S. contacts.”
