The Kremlin said on Oct. 2 that it believes the United States and NATO are already providing Ukraine with regular battlefield intelligence, responding to U.S. media reports that Washington is preparing to share more specific targeting data for strikes deep inside Russia.

According to The Wall Street Journal and Reuters, the United States is considering giving Kyiv intelligence on Russian energy infrastructure such as refineries, pipelines, and power plants. The reports said Washington has also asked NATO allies to provide similar support, while weighing whether to send Ukraine longer-range missiles.
