When your mind racing or anxiety squeezes, try this:
1. Posture – Sit or lie down comfortably, rested feet or body relaxed.
2. Breath 4-4-6 – Inhale through nose for 4 seconds, hold air for 4 seconds, release through mouth gently in 6 seconds.
3. Repetition – Perform 7 cycles of this breath, focusing only on the air in and out.
4. Tap – Place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your lower abdomen.
5. Affirmation – Say it in silence or in a soft voice:


Always repeat that you feel anxiety, fear or sadness. This practice helps balance the nervous system and calm the mind.
