22 Global Affairs Canada Employees Fired for ‘Misconduct’: Report

Global Affairs Canada said it terminated 22 employees over the past year for various types of misconduct including fraud, theft, and providing false documentation.

The federal organization received 218 complaints about employee misbehaviour between April 2024 and March 2025, according to its recently released report, Annual Report on Addressing Misconduct and Wrongdoing, as first reported by Blacklock’s Reporter.
