The June housing report issued on July 23 by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) reveals America’s highest ever median sales price for existing single-family homes at $435,300.

“The record high median home price highlights how American homeowners’ wealth continues to grow—a benefit of home ownership,” NAR chief economist Lawrence Yun said in the report.
