The existence of every living being is marked by a constant choice… During life nothing moves or happens unless a choice is made. Choosing whether or not to have a coffee means a choice, but often these choices are motivated by unconsciousness, habit or, worse, superficiality or even a hurry. And this happens not only in the triviality of everyday life, but also and above all in the inner world of each of us. In fact, people who live must take a stand, act, solve moral or ideal dilemmas; they must, in other words, decide whether to let go and stay in company or plunge into emotional solitude in which to cultivate their thoughts and listen to the voice of the heart instead of letting themselves be advised by the cold rationality of mind. When a person decides to listen to their heart, it is instinctual for them to direct their existential path along the difficult road of Good, Love and Kindness, even though they know that they will encounter many difficulties, but the fear of facing many obstacles is not strong enough, even though it is clear to everyone who chooses selfishness, greed and arrogance lives, at least apparently, much better! And then the courage of those who consciously devote themselves to Good and renounce evil is manifested, of those who deliberately choose to renounce the comforts offered by actions aimed only to satisfy the ego, regardless of what that choice may mean for others, tolerating ingratitude, suffering and what else, as long as it’s not less than his choice! Will there be a reward for those who choose compassion over indifference, benevolence over malice? This is difficult to establish in the immediate future, however it is certain that the reward for those who choose to love and not to hurt lies in the power of their choice, in their commitment to honor Life as such because Life is nothing but evil: Life is Ever changing love!
